I’ve been playing computer games a long time and for most of that time I’ve been playing games on a PC. While I was clearing out some old stuff I found some relics of the old days 🙂
Some classics and so not-so-classics in there 🙂
Most / all are available on Good Old Games now.

Ended up playing this multiplayer a lot more than the original due to living in a shared house with BNC Ethernet dangling everywhere.

An amazing game. Ropey balance but tonnes of scope. Halfling slingers of Doom!

Used to spend hours playing this in University with a friend. He never wanted to play, just brought beer and watched the epic unfold…

The CD version with the speech was better but still an amazing game.

Disk 2 probably left at a LAN somewhere…

Making it all work…

Probably a serial mouse at that 🙂
Various DOS versions and Windows For Workgroups. Ah, the good-old-days where you had to spend hours mucking about in Dos with EMM386 and HIMEM.SYS to try and get your mouse drivers to load while still leaving enough memory for your game.
So… not really the good-old-days at all then…
I’ve almost cried watching these pictures 🙂
